1 pound of penne pasta
½ cup heavy cream
1½ quarts Mike's Deli tomato sauce
¼ cup grated parmigiano cheese
2-3 oz good vodka
¼ cup green peas


Boil water in pot, add penne.
Cook al dente 7-8 minutes.
Your time may vary.
In a large sauce pan, add 1 tablespoon oil.
Add pasta, cream and tomato sauce, stir and allow to cook about 1 minute.
Add vodka, and allow to cook for another minute or two.
Add green peas.
Top with grated parmigiano cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
