30 shrimp
1 cucumber
1 container cherry tomatoes
30 wood skewers
1 cup ketchup
1-2 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar


Bring pot of salted water to boil.
Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes.
Look for color and curl.
The shrimp is cooked when it is a pinkish orange color and begins to curl up.
Remove from the water and allow to drain.
Wash tomatoes and cucumber.
Slice ends off of the cucumber, then slice it in half lengthwise.
Set cucumber onto cutting board flat side down.
Cut again length wise and then cutting the other direction make ¾ inch chunks.
Skewer the tomato, a shrimp and then the cucumber.
Mix ketchup, 1 tablespoon horseradish, the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and the brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
Dip shrimp skewers and enjoy.
Makes 30 skewers.
