1 pound farfalle
½ pound salmon steak (skinned, de-boned)
1 ½ teaspoon capers with juice
¼ cup mascarpone
¾ cup cream
2 tablespoons grated parmigiano cheese
salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put pot of water in to boil.
Add salt to water.
In small mixing bowl add salmon, oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place in oven for 10 minutes.
Once water is boiling add pasta and cook al dente 7-8 minutes.
Your time may vary.
Drain pasta.
Heat large sauté pan add 1 tablespoon of oil.
Quickly add farfalle, cream and mascarpone.
Stir well, add capers, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Flake salmon and add it to the pan for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
