¼ thinly sliced Mike’s Deli prosciutto
1 small basket fresh California figs
4 oz. goat cheese
focaccia toasts


Preheat oven to 350.
Cut focaccia into 1x2" inch rectangles, drizzle with olive oil.
Lightly salt and pepper the toasts.
Place on sheet pan and put into oven for 5-7 minutes until they crisp and begin to lightly brown.
Slice stem end of fig off.
Slice stem end of fig off.
Wash and ¼ figs lengthwise.
Cut 3 or 4 pieces of prosciutto into ½ inch strips and wrap around quartered fig pieces.
In a small mixing bowl add goat cheese and ½ teaspoon of dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Once mixed put ½ teaspoon of cheese onto the focaccia toast place prosciutto wrapped fig on top of that, then top with a little more of the cheese mixture.
Makes 30-40 pieces depending on the number of figs in your basket.
