1 pound rigatoni
4 chicken breasts
1 zucchini
1½ cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons parmigiano cheese
olive oil
salt & pepper
1 tablespoon diced garlic


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat grill on stove top.
Boil water for pasta and cook to al dente about 7-8 minutes.
Your time may vary.
Clean chicken and slice breasts in half lengthwise.
In mixing bowl, put chicken, garlic, oil salt and pepper.
Toss to coat chicken well.
Grill chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove chicken from grill and place it on a sheet pan.
Put chicken in oven for 5-7 minutes.
Drain pasta.
Cut ends off of zucchini and slice it lengthwise.
Toss zucchini in oil, salt and pepper and place on grill about 1 minute on each side until well marked.
Remove chicken from oven allow to cool and cut into strips.
Cut zucchini into ½ inch strips.
In large sauté pan add 1 tablespoon oil, the pasta, cream, chicken, zucchini.
Add parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 4 servings.
