Ingredients
½ pound smoked salmon
¼ goat cheese
1 small red onion (diced)
capers
6 corn flour tortillas

 

Directions
Heat a sauté pan and lightly toast tortillas on both sides. (No oil).
Lay tortillas on a flat surface and layer with the smoked salmon.
Spread a little goat cheese on top of the salmon and then add about 1 teaspoon of the diced red onion and a few of the capers.
Roll this into a log.
Repeat until all tortillas are filled.
Cut these into 6 sections.
Makes 36 pieces.
