1 pound veal cutlets
1 tablespoon diced garlic
bread crumbs
1 quart Mike's Deli marinara sauce
8 oz. Mike's Deli mozzarella
4 oz. grated parmigiano cheese
olive oil
4 eggs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl whisk eggs.
Place veal cutlets into garlic, salt and pepper and then into egg batter then bread crumbs.
Heat sauté pan and add ¼ inch of oil.
Fry cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
Drain cutlets on paper towels.
Fill bottom of roasting pan with a layer of marinara, top with veal cutlets then another layer of marinara.
Top with cheeses.
Cook covered with foil for 12-15 minutes.
During the last 2 minutes of cooking remove the foil and let the cheese brown a little if you like.
If you have any marinara left over, warm and serve with veal at the table.
