In 1998, When the Cheese business was booming, David and a cheese importer bought 50 forms of Parmigiano Rocca and stored it away and kept in hiatus. 12 years later we have such a unique piece of cheese unlike any other. All of the creaminess has come out of it and turned it into a sharp nutty cheese. It goes great with white wine or Prosecco ! Don't Miss out!
