Pancetta is often referred to as "Italian bacon," a staple of Italian kitchens. It is used in sauces, pasta dishes, or wrapped around a bread stick. Our pancetta is seasoned, salted and then rolled to dry cure.

If you would like your pancetta sliced and do not live within the tri-state area you must use over-night shipping to avoid spoilage.
