Cheese was great. Customer service, not so much. Order was placed on December 18th for Christmas. Did not arrive until 12/29. They gave the excuse that they know UPS and it would have sat there all weekend.. Well, it sat in UPS vehicles until 12/29.. In the meantime I ordered NY bagels on the same afternoon and what do you know, they arrived in time for Christmas.. What did they do for me? Nothing.. I moved out of state a few years back.. I place an order every year, till now.. I am done, won't order again..
